Based on the phenomenal viewership of PGL Major Copenhagen which has risen to become the third most watched event in Counter-Strike’s history, PGL, Oddin.gg and the PGL have signed a multi-year strategic agreement.
The extension confirms Oddin.gg as the exclusive provider for Data & Integrity Services at PGL’s premium Dota 2 & Counter-Strike 2 Events, highlighting Oddin.gg as a key player in the official data sphere of esports.
Oddin.gg has been catapulted to the forefront of esports data authorities due to its scale and quality. This collaboration has been a success because of the synergy that exists between Oddin.gg, one of the leading tournament organizers within the competitive gaming industry.
The multi-year agreement will include a minimum eight Dota 2 events and a maximum of eleven Tier 1 Counter-Strike 2 competitions. The competitions will include the best teams from around the world, with prize pools that are at least USD $1 million each. This partnership is set to grow further.

PGL’s renewed alliance with Oddin.gg comes at a pivotal moment, as it marks a significant expansion of their event calendar. The strategic move coincides with new regulations that will be implemented on January 1, 2025. These regulations mandate the separation between tournament organizers and teams. These guidelines aim to create a competitive and diverse environment for Counter-Strike 2 Tournaments. They also ensure a level playing ground and avoid any conflicts of interest.
This renewed partnership, which covers the years 2024-2026, demonstrates the company’s commitment to these values and promises a variety of exciting competitive spectacles for the future. The upcoming Wallachia event in May 2024 will be the first PGL event under the new agreement.
