Games Global Limited (Games Global), a leading developer and distributor of online casino-style gaming content (“iGaming”) and integrated business to business solutions for iGaming operator, announced today the launch of its roadshow in preparation for its initial publicly offered (“IPO”) 14,500,000 ordinary share. The offering is comprised of 6,000,000 shares that Games Global will offer and 8,500,000 shares that Games Global’s shareholder will sell. The Selling Shareholder will not pay any proceeds to Games Global. Underwriters have a 30 day option to buy up to 2,175,000 additional ordinary shares at the IPO price from the Selling Shareholder, less discounts and commissions. Currently, the IPO price per share is expected to range between $16.00 and $9.00. Games Global has filed to list its ordinary share on the New York Stock Exchange with the symbol “GGL”.
J.P. Morgan Jefferies, and Macquarie Capital act as joint book-running managers of the proposed offering. Barclays and BTIG act as book-running manager for the proposed offer.
