The SOFTSWISS Managed Service’s Player Reactivation team assists players with a decreased or insufficient gaming activity. The team performance report shows that last year’s number of reactivated gamers increased by 2.2 times, while total deposits increased by 5.5 times compared to 2021.

According to the 2022 data, every target player has made a deposit. However, the data shows that fiat players are more open to reactivation activities than crypto users. One of the newest trends in bonuses is personalized bonuses. These are based on the player’s activity and interest.
