Island Broadcast Media has partnered with The Crypto-Pills Gaming Company to create an industry-first creative project that will allow virtual horses and greyhounds to be owned digitally through Blockchain Addressable Surfaces.
Gamers can now buy a digital stake in horse or greyhounds as an individual or part of a group.
As they race on virtual tracks in Europe and the USA, digital owners can track their assets’ performance and earn returns on their investments. After a set time, the asset will be removed and minted into a NFT that is validated using Blockchain technology.
The NFT project was born in the Virtual Gaming industry, where Dave Mousley, an early adopter, provided the catalyst for the rapid growth of the vertical through Red Vision. Inspired Gaming later bought the company, which is now the world leader in virtual sports.
Island Broadcast Media, backed by a group of industry leaders, including Graham Martin, Graham Martin, and Jonathan Mills is revolutionizing horse and greyhound ownership through state-of the-art technologies.
