Greentube, the NOVOMATIC Digital Gaming and Entertainment division has made a significant move in M&A with the acquisition by Ineor, an international software development specialist.
Greentube has purchased 80% of Ineor d.o.o.’s shares in Slovenia. This latest deal has the strategic goal of acquiring and integrating key software development capabilities and resources to the benefit of all Greentube groups worldwide.
This acquisition also provides Ineor with specialized know-how in online gaming and sports betting, which is a long-term technology partner to Greentube.
Ineor, based in Ljubljana is active in computer programming and specializes in the development gaming software. Ineor provides advanced software development services as well as key digital solutions that are revolutionary for a variety of multinational companies.
This latest deal follows three others that have enhanced Greentube’s creative and technological capabilities. Greentube has recently purchased a 65% stake at Alteatec. This will increase its Casino Management System platform technology and enhance the company’s creative capabilities. Additionally, Greentube is entering a joint venture partnership with Flamingocatz to create new, exciting content for North American audiences.
These agreements were made following the acquisition of Present Creative in the USA, a US-based studio that creates content for the iGaming/iLottery sector.
