Red Bull Wololo El Reinado 2020 was a tournament of fierce strategy and breathtaking battles. Champions emerged from the tournament with titles in four Age of Empires classic games, all played before a crowd of thousands at the historic Castillo de Almodovar del Rio. These skilled strategists defeated a field of star-studded global competitors in one of the most epic Age of Empires showsdowns of recent history. Their names will be etched into Wololo’s history.
The winners of Red Bull Wololo El Reinado are:

- Age of Empires 4: Alexis ‘MarineLorD’ Eusebio
- Age of Mythology : Retold : Themistoklis Bonidis
These four players dominated AoE I and AoE II. They also dominated Age of Mythology Retold. The players’ triumphant journeys in the castle courtyard, which is a fitting setting for the Age of Empires series, culminated with stunning grand finales.
Hamzah El-Baher, the Age of Empire II Champion, competed against a highly competitive roster in order to win a well-deserved Red Bull Wololo seventh edition. The pair faced 2021 champion Orjan ‘TheViper’ Larsen in an exciting grand final. Their display of brilliant strategy, showmanship, and impressive skills saw the fight for the title remain intense until the last moment.
Age of Mythology Retold made its competitive debut also at Red Bull Wololo El Reinado, adding a mystic twist to the event. Themistoklis “TheMista” Bonidis was crowned the inaugural champion for bringing glory to his chosen god. Nguyen “Chim Se di Nang” Duc Binh won Age of Empires I after a fierce showdown with Do “Xuan Thu” Thu. In Age of Empires IV, Alexis “MarineLorD” Eusebio was crowned.
The tournament was held from October 3rd-6th and welcomed both seasoned professionals as well as rising stars who were all looking to establish their dominance in the Age of Empires Universe. These players are the new champions of Red Bull Wololo, a prestigious series that has been praised by the Age of Empires community. They have not only won prestigious titles, but they also gained global recognition.
The Red Bull Wololo El Reinado competition took place this year in Cordoba’s Castillo de Almodovar del Rio, a stunning location that brought an additional level of grandeur to the event. The event was a LAN battle between players within the walls of the castle. A live audience watched as online qualifiers and elite players were crowned in-game ladder champions.
