What services do you provide?

RokkerX, the managed services division of Rokker is a professional service company that supports tier one operators and suppliers. Our team currently consists of 60 amazing people, and we are on track to reach 150 employees by 2025. Our teams are located in hubs around the world, including the UK (London), Spain (Sofia), and Bulgaria. We plan to open an office in South America by the end the year. In order to meet the demands of our clients, we are closing a deal on another 1,000 square meters in Sofia. RokkerX was launched in 2023 with trading and operational services. We have since added three more services: customer service, KYC, ALM and fraud, payments, and player retention.


Who is your main target audience?

We see the greatest interest from operators who want more control of their operations, but are less likely than others to choose a whitelabel supplier. Our services are also delivered by several channel partners, including platform providers. We are constantly working to expand our B2B partner roster with new companies joining all the time.


Tell us about your new services, and what they can do for operators.

We offer a fully-integrated solution for KYC, AML and fraud prevention, as well as payments. This streamlines the player onboarding process and ensures compliance at all time. Our expertise in these fields allows operators and software providers to feel confident that their data is being handled with the highest level of security and accuracy.

We can, for example, handle KYC checks and AML checks in a seamless manner to reduce the amount of time required to verify players and ensure full compliance with both local and international regulations. Our fraud prevention services provide an additional layer of protection for operators, protecting them from risk and optimising payment processing to ensure fast, secure and smooth transactions, both for deposits and withdrawals. RokkerX can take care of the complexity and ensure that operators meet regulatory standards while focusing on their core business.

We have expanded into these new areas to provide operators with a comprehensive set of services that allows them to focus on their strategic growth and scale while we handle the operational and regulatory requirements.



Was there another reason for you to increase your service offerings?

There was a high demand for these services, and to our eyes, it didn’t appear that there was a simple, independent solution. Operators can buy or lease their core stack, and some have built their own. We are the experienced partner these operators need to launch and manage this part of their business.

We also value independence. Because we are not bound to a single platform, we can respond to our clients in a contextual way. This is not the philosophy we follow. We have all heard of stories where player data was blurred, or that ownership of data was held by providers. RokkerX segregates clients across all of our systems, with all data (player data, scripting for brands, performance data, retention strategies) owned by them at all times.


What are the challenges that operators face in these areas, and what can you do to help them overcome ?

Operators, especially those who have multiple brands and operate in multiple markets, face the challenge of managing large teams without losing sight of their strategic business goals. RokkerX allows operators to relieve themselves of some operational burdens, such as managing large team members and focus instead on moving their company forward. We can scale our 24/7 service to meet the needs of any company, no matter how big or small.

We help our partners to maintain the highest level of service for their customers. Our clients gain from our economies of scale, and the more operators we work with, the more cost-effective and experienced workforce they have. Operators are also concerned about the difficulty of acquiring and onboarding qualified talent, particularly in areas that have a high turnover rate, such as customer service.

Our innovative talent solution offers a way for talented individuals who are educated to return to their clients’ businesses and become team members. This reduces internal churn risk while maximising value as they receive specific training in the systems and processes of the client. Our Learning and Development platform also supports this, by transforming pain points into long-term opportunities and benefits. This makes talent retention and growth an asset instead of a challenge.


What sets RokkerX apart from other companies that offer the same service?

We are the only independent company to offer such a wide range of services. Most of our competitors concentrate on just one or two areas. Our USP is that we offer services that are under-served in the market by companies that don’t require you to use their platform, which is what most whitelabel providers do. We can provide a holistic view of data from all our services, which allows us to offer an extra layer of insight for our clients.


How will you scale your business in the next year and beyond?

Our plan is to scale rapidly in accordance with our growth trajectory, and the market demand. This includes adding more hubs and scaling our team. This will increase our capacity, but also allow us to be agile and responsive to our clients’ and partners’ needs. Our plans for South America, where we will be establishing a team and hub, are particularly exciting. It serves two purposes: one, it ensures that we continue to grow, and two, it aligns our teams and our services more closely with our customers’ aspirations. This will strengthen our ability to deliver contextual and client-focused solutions that help both our business as well as our partners reach their long-term objectives. We win if they do.


You’ve expanded your operations to Sofia. What makes Sofia a good base for RokkerX and can you tell us more?

It’s no surprise that Sofia is a popular location for iGaming companies. Why? The city has a large talent pool, and it is also a center for businesses and services related to the industry. The location is ideal for us to expand, particularly because it aligns with our time zone and is close to many of clients. It allows us to be more efficient in our operations while still being close to our clients and their needs. Multi-lingual talent of high quality in Bulgaria is also instrumental in providing exceptional service to clients, on which we have built our company’s reputation.


What is your plan for South America?

Latin America is a very exciting market, particularly with Brazil’s upcoming launch next year. We see Brazil, and the entire region, as an important opportunity. We are actively targeting this region with our services. There is a strong demand for managed services, and our experience, particularly as more markets embrace regulations. We have already begun advanced discussions with operators and our partners. The next round of industry events is crucial to further strengthen our presence in the exciting and rapidly evolving market.
